About FixQuoted

FixQuoted is a small, independent project built in the Charlotte, NC area to answer two questions homeowners ask before they call a plumber: who is well regarded near me, and what should this job cost?

We start with Google ratings and review counts for businesses near you, rank them with a weight for how many reviews back up each rating, and put typical price ranges next to them, so you can compare before you pick up the phone.

We write our cost guides from published cost data, favoring Charlotte-area figures wherever they exist, and we list the sources on every page. We also check licensing and permit rules with the North Carolina licensing board and local governments, and we link to them.

We are not a plumbing company, and we don't do plumbing work. We don't currently accept payment from any business to be listed or ranked. If that ever changes, paid placements will be clearly labeled, and they will not change the ratings we show.

Price ranges are estimates meant to help you budget, not quotes. The only real price is the one a licensed plumber gives you after seeing the job.
